New York fashion designer, Alexander Wang and American coffee giant, Starbucks have joined forces to create a limited edition T-shirt in celebration of the coffee chain's 40th anniversary.

When asked to design the limited edition garment for the world's largest coffee company, Wang told InStyle Magazine that his inspiration stemmed from the frequent morning mishap "everyone tries to avoid- spilled coffee on a T-shirt". 

The basic, white cotton tee gives the illusion of splattered coffee bleeding into the iconic Starbucks logo.

The concept is undeniably witty, however, I definitely wouldn't fork out $85 on a coffee-stained T-shirt.
